Finally got around to fixing my PC so the interface is more natural to me. Since I spend about a third of my day on each operating system, Windows, Ubuntu and Mac, I have begun to get annoyed at the differences in the mouse functions. Personally I like the way the new Mac scrolls, it makes it easy for me to move from iPad to Mac and I anticipate all PCs will have touch screens in the near future. (All the PC installations I have done in the last year at industrial sites have touch screens, its only natural that everyday consumers will also enjoy this enhancement.) So I have come to the conclusion that the mouse on my PC needs to be upgraded to scroll in the correct direction. I found Autohotkey and installed it. After installation I found a quick script to invert the scrolling. I added the script to the Startup folder and then I was done.
